Sunday, Nov. 6, 2-3:30 pm at the South Bend Engman Natatorium: Charlotte Pfeifer, is an associate faculty member and the director of Judicial Affairs at Indiana University South Bend, and former City Council member, speaks on “Getting Involved: Can a small group of committed, thoughtful citizens STILL change the world?” (Margaret Meade)
Nov. 9, 6 pm at IUSB’s Student Activity Center: IU South Bend’s Annual Gloria Kaufman Memorial Lecture: Betty Cockrum, President of Planned Parenthood of Indiana, will speak on women’s health issues in the news.

Feb. 25, 10:30 am, group tour of the new exhibit on health fads titled “Elixirs, Gadgets and Glamour,” at the South Bend Center for History, followed by lunch together.
